Pricing FAQ
What does “founding” pricing mean?
Founding rates are the launch rates. Lock one in and it stays fixed for as long as your subscription stays active — even if new-customer prices rise later. If you cancel and stay lapsed past 60 days, re-subscribing uses the current public rate. No countdown timers, no fake scarcity — just an honest reward for backing us early.
Is 4K locked to a paid plan?
No. Every plan, including Free, can export up to 4K. The only difference on Free is a small Tweedia watermark on your renders — resolution is never capped. Subscribe to Solo or Pro to remove the watermark.
How does storage work?
Storage is pooled across your whole account, not capped per project. Your plan’s allowance (2 GB Free, 50 GB Solo, 250 GB Pro) covers every project you run, and you can keep as many projects as you like.
What are credits for?
Credits pay for rendering finished videos — larger jobs use more. Paid plans include a monthly allowance (75/month on Solo, 250/month on Pro) that refreshes each billing cycle and does not roll over. Need more in a busy month? Subscribers can top up any time.
What happens to my photos if I cancel?
While you’re subscribed, your raw photos stay in cloud storage. On the Free plan, raw photos are cleared 30 days after a project’s last activity — the finished videos you’ve rendered are kept. Always keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from your account’s billing portal. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
